Located along the S-Line Rail Trail section of the Emerald Necklace, the 96-foot-long tile mosaic honors the past, present and future of the Sugar Hill neighborhood. Join us for an afternoon of art and fellowship as we unveil this stunning public art feature in one of Jacksonville’s historic neighborhoods.
